MONTHLY MEMBER MEETING—WRAP-A-THON

DECEMBER "IT'S A WRAP" END 2023 ON A HIGH NOTE AS WE WRAP THE DONATED GIFTS FOR OUR ADOPTED SENIORS.  

What to bring?

• Your potluck contribution
• Tape, scissors, gift tags, wrapping paper (all of the above are in our storage bin, but the more the merrier) 

SPECIAL NOTES: below admin items may defer to January meeting as we will be in different room at LPD (for this date only).

BOARD

• Outgoing (Thank You) and Incoming President (Welcome) 
• Treasurer's Transactional Report of $-in and $-out (# inserted here when bank statement arrives, year-ending provided at January meeting as our philanthropy spend releases this month.  

CHAIR REPORTS (SKIP)

AGENDA 

• Socialize, nosh, and split into cohorts to box, wrap, beribbon and label gifts
• Create table displays by cohort for small-group pic
• Take ASSP Member Photo of all present
• Load Gifts into delivery cars

As a volunteer run organization, your efforts matter! Whether you want to greet people as they enter or follow up with them to get their first impressions (membership committee), seek out community involvement opportunities (promotion), create "meme's" that only our members would "get" or share industry articles of interest (technology),  or review grant requests (philanthropy) your time and talents will not be wasted!
