MONTHLY MEMBER MEETING AND VOTING

It is important to join this meeting. NOTE CHANGE OF AGENDA

bylaws dictate that each member organization gets one vote, so the primary member should vote and the secondary member should abstain unless the primary cannot make the meeting.  We need 25% of members to be present for a vote, so 19 to have a valid election.
