More about our member:
Community Adult Day Care opened its doors in 1986. The idea materialized by a coalition of local churches that had identified a need and were interested in serving older adults in the community.
CADC was formed to provide a safe, dignified, pleasant environment for adults needing daytime care and offer families a quality alternative to full time care in the home.
Beginning as an all volunteer organization, in 1987 Community Adult Day Care was incorporated as a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization and has resided in the lower level of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Downers Grove for the past 30 years.
Today, the staff includes an Executive Director, Program Coordinator, Registered Nurse, and program assistants.
We would love to host you for a tour; please call (630) 968-1060 to schedule a time to visit!
