Unforgettable Memories is the annual fundraising event to support Community Adult Day Center's mission to offer families a quality, affordable care option or complementary support to in-home care or assisted living and to help adults stay in their homes longer. Research shows that the most serious disease for older persons is not cancer or heart disease, but loneliness/isolation. These are trying times!
