Recommend Shoppers purchase items on separate transaction if seeking reimbursement. Shoppers should request gift receipts so if items don't fit or aren't to recipient's taste they have option to return. Wrappers should use pretty paper, ribbons, bows and labels to create a festive feel. Delivery is arranged by calling the recipient to arrange an acceptable date/time for delivery.
