ABOUT ASSP }

Association of Senior Service Providers (ASSP) is a professional organization of members who work with or care for senior citizens in DuPage County, and who want to learn how to become a better resource to both seniors and other association members.
•  ASSP was founded in the 1980’s by the DuPage Senior Citizen’s Council to help senior service providers’ network and learn about resources that were available for seniors in DuPage County.
• 

ASSP is made up of over 125 businesses that work together to serve seniors in DuPage County.
•  ASSP sponsors monthly educational programs to better equip members and to offer an opportunity for networking.
•  ASSP has ‘business after hours’ events that are hosted by a member facility so that members may learn about the hosting facility and to offer an opportunity for networking.
•  Each October ASSP has a booth at the DuPage County Senior Expo to increase awareness of member services among seniors.
•  Each December ASSP works together with the DuPage County Senior Services Department to ‘Adopt-A-Senior’. Members can donate money, shop for gifts and help wrap gifts to help make awonderful Christmas for seniors in need.
